Alright, so how did I go in my first week?

I watched porn three times and masturbated three times.

My goal for next week:

Watch and masturbate over porn once.

Masturbate once over a ‘real’ woman.

The idea comes from Mark Manson’s book Models; Attract Women Through Honesty.

Abstaining from watching porn or only watching once a week is the goal. Ditto masturbation.

Jerking off over a ‘real’ person and not porn likewise.

As I argue and validate in Are You Up For The 7 Day Porn Diet Challenge?  masturbation is natural, normal and healthy for you.

However, like anything, too much of a good thing isn’t.

As I’m in between sexual partners at the moment I have been going to town on my Willy Wonka.,

It’s far from being an addiction, nevertheless, it is cause for concern.

I don’t want a situation where I am unable to get it up or cum too soon when I have my next sexual encounter.

Besides, the willpower and mental toughness needed is a challenge in itself and another way of becoming your best version – I encourage you to take on the challenge if you haven’t done so already for that very reason alone.
